A woman has been left ‘shocked’ after her friend’s sixth sense leads to a very ‘scary’ discovery on Airbnb.
Kennedy, 26, was staying at a rented home for her friend’s 30th birthday along with 14 other women.
The group was enjoying their time away from the stresses of work and life when suddenly one of the women felt a tingling sensation in the back of her neck.
She told her friends that she sensed there were cameras in the house – but the rest ignored them.
Kennedy was shocked when the woman found a hidden camera inside a bathroom electrical outlet pointing directly into the bathroom.

“We told her she watched a lot of TikTok and it was melodramatic,” the 26-year-old recalls.
“I looked like every shower head, every picture frame, doorknob everywhere in the house to the camera,” Kennedy said. “And I found one in the bathroom.”
The hidden device was in one of the power points on the bathroom wall.
The group had been at an Airbnb in Canada for about two days at that point and had spent a lot of time showering and undressing in the bathroom.
First of all, that outlet didn’t work, Kennedy explained, and you couldn’t plug anything into it.
She said the top of the port looks quite normal, but the bottom has a small camera that’s easily overlooked.
The women “freaked out” and immediately called the local police department who then searched the house for any further recording devices.
The police opened an investigation into the case and scheduled an interview with the realtors.
Kennedy concluded, “So the moral of the story is to always check your camera outlets at Airbnb and always listen to your paranoid friends.”

Thousands have been appalled by the “disgusting” behavior of Airbnb hosts.
One woman wrote: “This is my worst nightmare – absolutely terrifying.”
“You need to sue them for invasion of privacy and press charges – that’s a crime!” said another.
A third declared, “Absolutely never staying at an Airbnb again, you can’t trust anyone.”
