She described her post-op experience in an Instagram post.
Laura shared a video of herself before going into surgery and following the procedure.
She captioned the Instagram video: ‘Round four of skin removal – done! Day two after surgery!
‘The first night was really hard. I experienced a lot of pain. I’m like a mummy at this point. Arms wrapped, thighs wrapped and stomach in a binder.
‘Once we found out about the pain it has been SO much better! Swelling of the arm and hand is quite uncomfortable, but that is to be expected!
‘I’ll take a shower today and see the first look. I am so excited.
‘As always, thanks for the messages, comments, prayers, etc. I feel them SO much! So grateful to have you all in this little corner of the internet. Love you BIG!’
In the clip, Laura shared footage of herself directly before and after the surgery.

Bariatric surgery is a series of procedures designed to help a patient lose weight.
Surgeries include reducing the size of the stomach with a gastric band or removing part of the stomach through a gastric sleeve.
It also includes gastric bypass surgery, where surgeons reroute the intestine into a small stomach pouch that shrinks the stomach.
In one clip, she said she had lost herself and was no longer happy.
‘I lost myself. I wasn’t myself. I was unhappy. Depressed. Irritable,’ she revealed.

She previously told Fox that she didn’t even want to leave her house until she lost the pounds
Then the video cut to her after her weight loss as she shared how her body and her emotions transformed after shedding pounds.
She said: ‘I’ve lost 259kg and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, the healthiest too. Life on this site is so much better. Happy. Healthy. No restrictions because of my weight.’
Earlier she told Fox News that she didn’t even want to leave her house until she lost the kilos.
She told the outlet: ‘Two years ago I didn’t even want to go out of my house. I was just so ashamed of how far I had let myself go’.
In December 2021 Laura underwent surgery and noticed it was affecting her mental health.
Laura told the outlet: ‘Physically it’s not bad, it’s a really easy operation, it’s the mental part of the operation. I was addicted to food, I was addicted to food I shouldn’t be eating all the time.
‘I’ve had that comment, “just put the fork down and control yourself.” If only it were that easy. Weight loss is sometimes so much deeper than just eating less and moving your body sometimes.

Still recovering from her fourth and final surgery, Laura has shared that she is happier than ever
‘People just need extra help and it comes down to genetics and hormones and so many other things that people don’t really understand.’
She explained that she started sharing her journey on social media so her friends and family could follow her weight loss transformation.
However, she quickly gained more than 500,000 followers. But her social media career had its downside.
She told the outlet: ‘But the bigger I get the more the comments come and as you know people are opinionated about everything so I just have to look away.
‘It is hard. I’d say I get less hate in messages than commenting on posts, Facebook is the worst.’
