A British woman has revealed she underwent an exorcism, claiming she did so to rid her home of evil spirits who were biting her and grabbing her wrists while she was in bed.
Married couple Emma and Ross could never have predicted the spiritual heartbreak that would lie ahead for their new-build dream home four years after moving into their four-bedroom home in the small Worcestershire village of Kempsey.
But their dream has turned into a nightmare, as the couple claim that their house is inhabited by evil spirits who stalk and torment Emma daily.
In an episode of Help! My House is Haunted on Discovery+, a distraught and worried Emma reached her limit and turned to the team of Barri, Ian and Jayne in an attempt to overcome her experiences with the evil spirits that are ruining her life.
In heartbreaking footage, the team is forced to perform an exorcism on Emma, which Barri declared was “the most intense evening we have ever experienced.”
Emma, from Worcestershire, who claimed evil spirits bite her and grab her wrists when she tries to sleep, has been given an exorcism to separate the entity.
Emma explained: ‘I feel like I have no spiritual boundaries, these things are just clinging to me. I woke up and there were people walking through my wall. I don’t sleep. Every time I try to go to sleep, they grab my wrist and I can feel their fingers.
‘I can feel them touching me. I can smell them. I’ve been told some horrible things. Someone bit me, that’s really horrible. He could feel her lips, he could feel her tongue and the wetness of her mouth. And I can’t do anything, I’m stuck.’
When the team of paranormal investigators arrived at the property, psychic medium Ian immediately detected a dark aura present on the land.
Ian said: ‘Guys, do you know if anything horrible happened on the ground we’re going to? Because I have the feeling that it has a dark history.
“Without giving too much away, this area has seen more than its share of bloodshed and death,” paranormal investigator Jayne responded.
While Barri and Jayne headed out to investigate the case, Ian entered the property to conduct a solo exploration.
‘Wow, this place has a really strange energy, my head is booming. This is really strange.
‘It’s a new house, but it’s almost like the ground is stained with blood or something. Now, I don’t know if that’s having an impact on this house or if it’s burdening it.”

A distraught and worried Emma reached her wits’ end and turned to the team of Barri, Ian and Jayne in an attempt to overcome her experiences with the evil spirits that are ruining her life.
Stepping out into the garden, Ian performed a form of psychometry, feeling the ground for vibrations that would allow him to read the traces of what the spirits have left behind.
He said: ‘I can hear this really heavy metal crashing, banging, screaming and screaming. It’s almost as if a battle or something has happened within this area, which will fuel anything negative because it’s dark.’
After sensing increased spiritual activity in Emma’s bedroom, Ian invited Emma to join him for a visualization experiment.
“Ian is going to lower Emma’s consciousness to find out more about these entities that continue to harass her,” Barri explained.
In this state, Emma immediately saw the spiritual figure she had initially warned the team about, whom she calls “shadow man”.
Emma described it to the team: “He’s laughing at me, laughing and saying, ‘You’re not getting rid of me.'” He’s showing his teeth at me.
She became more distressed and screamed at the spirit: ‘You have no power over me, this is my damn house.’ Go out!’
While observing the stress caused by the “shadow man,” Ian held up a crucifix over a blindfolded Emma to test whether “this dark entity is repelled by religion.”
Despite being blindfolded, Emma immediately put her arm in front of her. ‘Emma can’t see yet, she has her hand up, rejecting the crucifix.

When Emma became visibly more distressed, Ian brought her out of the subconscious state and her husband Ross was immediately available to comfort her.
After seeing the pain and trouble the visualization experiment caused Emma, the team decides that the best plan of action is to carry out their investigations overnight on their own.
They choose to deepen their understanding by communicating directly with the spirits, to discover who they are and what has drawn them specifically to Emma.
However, despite their tireless efforts throughout the night, the team concludes that the evil spirit’s attachment to Emma is so great that they will not be able to banish the entity without Emma being present and that Ian will need to perform an exorcism.
“Exorcism is always a last resort, but in this case it’s the only way to separate the spirit and keep it moving forward,” Ian explained reluctantly.
Jayne agreed: “This dark entity has clearly formed an attachment to Emma, and it seems like it won’t abandon her easily,” adding that “the problem is, of course, that now there are two things that will fuel that attachment.” , Emma’s fear and Ross’s anger. If you’ve been with her for a couple of years, she gets stronger.’
In what is a chilling and terrifying watch, throughout the exorcism Emma is fighting with the entity, screaming ‘LEAVE ME ALONE!’ THIS IS MY BODY!’
As Ian attempted to expel the entity, he recited Bible passages and sprinkled holy water on Emma to cleanse her.
In what was clearly a traumatic but necessary experience, Emma, increasingly petrified, continually screamed: “someone is screaming in my head, Ian”, “my body is shaking”, “help me please!”. I didn’t ask for this!’
The exorcism process reached the stage where Ian explained that Emma will need the supporting strength of a loved one in the spirit world, so he called on her grandfather to help her fight the evil that lives within. her.
With the help of his grandfather, and after reciting the Lord’s Prayer, Ian was finally able to repel the evil entity and complete the exorcism.
“It was a really dark entity, it was actually a lot deeper than I thought,” Ian concluded as he gives Emma a Saint Benedict medal, which he said will “protect her from the return of this evil entity.”
