cpl. Tobias Kouroubacalis told the Press Enterprise that he was not sure whether the police would investigate whether the film’s theme could be related to the shooting.

The relationship between the two teens was not immediately clear, nor was it known whether the teens were shot at by a third person or whether the shooting was a suicide attempt.
