Emma Obank, an agent who works in television and film, was on a train passing Woking railway station in Surrey when she saw what she thought was a man sitting on a bench looking sick and covered in snow.

Emma contacted South Western Railway on Twitter and asked them to check if she was okay.

Emma wrote: ‘Hello, I’ve just been on the train through Woking. It seemed that there was a very sick man on Platform 1 in a bank. Can the station staff check that you are ok?
