Woman defended after outing brother-in-law’s unfaithful ways to her friends he tried to date after he cheated on his wife who had CANCER before getting dumped by his mistress for sleeping with even more people

A woman asks Reddit users if she is an idiot for reporting her cheating brother-in-law during a party at her house on February 17.

The original poster (OP) created. a publication this morning and wrote that her in-laws are “currently furious” because she hurt her brother-in-law’s feelings at the party.

She wrote that her 38 year old brother-in-law, whom she called Chris, was hinting at her about introducing him to women, but the OP refused.

“Chris has been single for almost three years and has had a hard time meeting women,” the OP wrote.

Before this, Chris had a history of cheating on the multiple women he had relationships with: his ex-wife, who was dying of pancreatic cancer, and his lovers.

Last Saturday’s party started on a low note for Chris, who had been flirting with the OP’s friend, who he referred to as 38-year-old Grace.

According to the protective sister-in-law, Grace was not interested in Chris “because of his inability to be faithful” and because she was not physically attracted to him.

Chris could not understand Grace’s disinterest, and after Grace told him that “his physical ugliness is surpassed only by the ugliness of his character,” he left the party.

The OP wrote that Grace ‘verbally destroyed him’ and talked about Chris’ infidelity to his ex-wife.

“Grace reminded him that he cheated on and divorced his late ex-wife “Lily” while she was battling cancer and then his lover left him for being a cheater while he continued to cheat on her,” the OP wrote.

“Grace told him that he was not a man of any significant value other than the few coins he had in the bank and that there was no way she would accept his delusions of grandeur and sexual beauty.”

The sister-in-law’s irritated friend then told her that she should consider “some cosmetic work” and “start praying for divine intervention to fix her rotten soul.”

The OP’s in-laws and Chris are not happy that she told her friends about his actions and that his girlfriends perceive him as “a terrible person.”

“I told them that unfortunately he was a terrible person and that people would have always found out what happened between him and the late great Lily,” he wrote.

In addition to Chris and her in-laws, she revealed that a co-worker was also unhappy with her decision to speak out about her brother-in-law’s actions.

“He said I was cruel for telling my group of friends what happened between Chris and his ex-wife because Chris had grown up a lot in the last two years and didn’t need to be known for the worst thing he had ever done in his life.” ‘ the OP wrote.

The co-worker, who he called Natasha in the post, is currently dating one of Chris’ friends.

After telling the whole story to only six people, the OP wonders if she was right to talk about Chris and his failed relationships.

Over 1,000 Reddit users have commented on the post and many of them wrote that the OP is not the asshole (NTA).

One commenter referred to the Reddit post as “a public service announcement,” and some users have credited the OP for being a good friend.

“Looks like NTA did good and protected his friends, he can go somewhere else,” one user commented.
