The husband of a woman who was allegedly run over by a tractor has been charged with murder.
Emergency services were called to a property on Undullah Road in Woodhill, near Beaudesert, in south-central Queensland, shortly after 9am on Thursday.
At the scene they found a 41-year-old woman seriously injured.
She died at the scene despite desperate attempts by emergency services to revive her.
Her husband, 44, has been charged with murder and interference with a corpse.
Photos showed several police vehicles outside the cordoned-off sugarcane farm, where forensic officers spent the day searching for evidence.
A Toyota Yaris was removed from the scene by a tow truck.
