“I’ve always admired Tina Turner’s strong, powerful legs,” Stephanie, who posts under seniorstrong on TikTok, wrote in a video.

The fitness influencer said she not only trained for aesthetic reasons, but because she believed leg strength was “the most reliable predictor of our physical functionality in the future.”

According to Stephanie, she has always been interested in fitness and started working out consistently since she was 31 years old.
