Kristina Moskov, 30, has revealed how working has changed her life – and why it is the best form of movement
Twerken is a kind of dance in which dancers move by throwing back or pushing their hips or shaking their buttocks, often in a low squat position.
& # 39; My students always ask me if I go to the gym and do squats and the truth is, working is my training.
& # 39; I don't need to go to the gym or do cardio, I just get into squat every day for popular twerk and RnB numbers and keep my body and my wanderer in shape. & # 39;
Kristina is so honored that she has won a lot of awards in the sector, with her latest wins such as Dancehall Queen Australia 2017 and the YouTube Creators Silver Play Button Award 2019.
In 2010 she started taking twerking lessons in Russia.

& # 39; This style was not popular at the time, but I found the music, the beat, and the idea of learning how to isolate your lower body to be able to play the dance well, very good & # 39 ;, Kristina said.
& # 39; A few years later, I was lucky to have been trained by the best twerkers and I am always grateful to be there to help me with technology and knowledge so that I can do what I am today. & # 39 ;
In 2012 she moved to Australia and participated in Australia & # 39; s Got Talent in 2016, working for the national public.
This led her to doing her Australia-wide workshop tour where she trained instructors in all capitals and started AussieTwerk.

When Kristina & # 39; s work began to become known, she was asked in the same year to participate in Das Talent in Germany with her fireworks show.
& # 39; This competition gave me worldwide recognition and I decided to launch TwerkSchool.com to simplify the learning process, share my knowledge and make twerk accessible to everyone to learn, even if they live hundreds of miles from the studio & # 39, she said.
For those who want to learn how to work Kristina said it is important that you drop all your fears.
Then she will teach you how to shake & drop your boots, drop and isolate & # 39; in different twerk positions.

She also recommends that beginners never wear too tight shorts or leggings on their first day because they & # 39; initially & # 39; have to move.
Kristina said she even those who think she & # 39; bad dancers & # 39; recommends to participate in a lesson.
& # 39;I always tell my students that you can't become a professional ballerina in an hour, sometimes even five to ten years is not enough, & she said.
& # 39; If you feel like you are bad at something and you want to get better at it, then you just have to train hard.
& # 39; You don't have to be a good dancer to take your condition to the next level, all you need is an intention to become a better version of yourself and if dancing is something that excites you more than any other & # 39; fitness routine & # 39 ;, then make it your fun fitness routine and do it. & # 39;
She also recommends that beginners never wear tight shorts or leggings on their first day because they are & # 39; in class & # 39; must move & # 39; & # 39;
Kristina said that the negative comments she sometimes receives about her twerking do not keep her in step.
She said she sometimes sees negative comments about twerking when she orders Facebook ads to promote her courses.
& # 39; Usually it would be someone who never tried this class before he did not recognize the negative opinion about the low squat movements we make, because twerking is a great workout & said the 30-year-old.
& # 39; Sometimes I get a few negative comments about the videos that I post on Instagram and YouTube.
& # 39; I do this to satisfy or disappoint no one, I do this because I like it and the right people will be there to support me and the courses we offer.
& # 39; But one thing I always say to those who have a negative opinion about anything is to get some information on this topic, in particular the history of twerking, and try at least one class before negativity becomes expressed on a public forum. & # 39;
