An 18-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a 69-year-old man who was found dead in a North Carolina cemetery.
The Raleigh Police Department announced the arrest of Maria Elizabeth Pena-Echeverria on Saturday night.
She has been charged with murder and is being held in the Wake County Detention Center.
Police were called to Mount Olivet cemetery in the city on Friday evening, where they found a seriously injured man. Authorities have not specified the nature of the injuries.
He was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

Campus police had issued a warning Friday night saying witnesses had seen a woman and two men leave the scene.
