Wolves have secured the £ 10m takeover of Liverpool’s Ki-Jana Hoever, their fourth deal of the summer transfer window.
The Dutch center-back played twice in the FA Cup for the Reds’ first team, but never played in the Premier League, but impressed for their under-23 squad.
Hoever is contributing to a strong summer for Wolves, who have already broken their club record fare by capturing Porto’s Fabio Silva for £ 36m, with Vitinha also on loan from the Portuguese club and Lyon Marcal arriving for £ 1.8m .

Hoever may not have broken into Jurgen Klopp’s first team, but the center-back was on the ride in a golden age at Anfield, witnessing their rapid rise to world champion status and earning multiple matchday squad calls.
The 18-year-old was poached in the Ajax academy under-17 rankings and joined the Reds in August 2018 – just in time for their magical two years of Champions League and Premier League glory.
