The duo looked like they had a great time as they walked out holding hands after watching the fun-filled concert.

In 2011, Kate announced that she had split from her ex-fiancé Darren Emerson after a seven-year relationship.
Kate and Darren welcomed son Ben, 16, in 2008 and got engaged in 2007 before calling it quits suddenly four years later.
After their separation, Kate sought therapy as she struggled with the breakup and how to cope with being a single mother.
