Willian has admitted that negotiations for a new contract with Chelsea have been “difficult” after the club refused to change their offer.
The Brazilian winger is without a contract in the summer and wants an extension of three years to stay at Stamford Bridge.
However, the Blues have only offered the 31-year-old two more years and refuse to give in as the talks end up in an impasse.

It seems that the situation is now dire for Willian who does not know if an agreement can be concluded.
“Chelsea offered me two years and they won’t change what they offered,” Willian said Esporte Interativo after the defeat of Chelsea against Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
“I said I wanted three more years. This makes the situation difficult, I really don’t know if it will be possible.
“My goal is to keep working and focus on the rest of the season so that Chelsea can continue to win the games for the rest of the season.

Willian came on for Ross Barkley in the 61st minute against Bayern, who would play with a 3-0 win for everyone except the draw.
The attacker is a long-term target for Barcelona, while Tottenham has also been associated with a move for him.
Willian, who is in his seventh season in Chelsea, has scored five goals and set up five assists this season in 34 games.
