The couple already share three children: Theodore, five, Gigi, three, and baby Otto, 19 months.
Spencer and Vogue have both been open about wanting more children, but he has said there are no immediate plans for that.

The mother-son duo appeared to be in high spirits as they laughed in the sunshine after jetting off to Spain for a sunny July holiday.

When you’re juggling three days of drop-offs with the kids at school and you’re wondering if there’s room for another one. We couldn’t be luckier with the family we have and we’re absolutely thrilled.’
Vogue previously shared her plans to have a fourth child just weeks after welcoming her third son, Otto, in April 2022.
She revealed she wants to have another baby but insisted her fourth child would be her last as she gushed about Otto.
Vogue said she doesn’t want to “die alone” when sharing her plans for parenthood.
In an interview with her friend Luisa Zissman on her Spencer & Vogue podcast, she admitted: “He’s only a month old, but honestly, I think I’ll be four. I love it. I love the newborn stage.”
She went on to say that although she likes the idea of having a big family, she wouldn’t have more than four children because she thinks it “looks weird.”
The TV personality, who married Spencer in 2018, said she believes that if she has four children, one will always “be around” for her.
“But I don’t want to die alone either. At least I know that unless something goes really wrong and we end up killing each other without talking to each other, I’ll always have someone close by,” she said.
“If I have four children, one of them will live.”

This comes after Spencer, Vogue and their three children spent the Christmas holiday period at Glen Affric Estate, where the couple tied the knot in 2018.
Together with Spencer, his family and friends, he has set himself the challenge of taking a daily dip in the frozen lake.
The clips show the star struggling to find the courage to enter the water, before remaining submerged for a full minute.
To prove how far she’s come, Vogue shared more clips of her attempts from previous days, admitting that some have been “horrible.”
“My ice diaries,” she titled the post. “I despise cold water and I don’t like being cold, I even think the sea in Spain in summer is cold.”
“I must say I’ve been getting into this with @spencermatthews who sits there like a happy duck like Larry. Some days it was HORRIBLE, today I managed a minute Definitely makes you feel great!”
This comes after Vogue and Spencer shared snaps from their stay at Glen Affric Estate, which Spencer’s father David Matthews purchased in 2018.
The main house is situated amidst 10,000 acres of a peninsula and lake of the same name, which is 15 miles west of Loch Ness.
David assumed the courtesy title of Laird of Glen Affric and quickly turned the property into a luxurious rental offering.
Meanwhile, Spencer and Vogue have recently acquired their own new family home.
Just before Christmas, the couple were spotted moving their furniture into their new home in Dublin after selling their nearby property for £1.1million.
The new property is almost double the size of their former home in Ireland and the family have moved there full-time after also selling their main residence in London for £6m.
While the price of the new home is not known, Vogue and Spencer will undoubtedly be saving because they had been shelling out £25,000 a year in service charges for their London residence.
The couple own a third home in Jersey.
They have been married since 2018 and met at the boot camp for the television show The Jump in January 2017.
