Will.i.am Enthuses About Working With Britney Spears Following Release Of Latest Mind Your Business Collaboration: “I’ll Always Be There For Her”

Will.i.am is a huge fan of Britney Spears.

The duo released their new song Mind Your Business on July 21 and the Black Eyed Peas member, 48, sat down for an interview with Variety to talk about it and the possibility of working again with the 41-year-old Circus singer.

‘Whatever, however and whenever, Britney, I’m there for her. It is a pleasure to work with her, an incredible human being. I will always be available for her,’ she gushed.

Mind Your Business is the third song the two hitmakers have worked on together.

They previously collaborated on Work, Bitch and Scream & Shout.

The Pump It singer also told the outlet about meeting Britney for the first time and how it led him to become a super-fan of the Womanizer singer.

She revealed that she met the I’m a Slave 4 U singer at the Rock in Rio festival in Portugal in 2007.

‘Dang, we’re rocking right before Britney. We have to bring it in,’ she said.

‘At that point, I became a huge Toxic fan. That track changed my life as far as how I write and compete in that arena.

‘When I heard ‘bleeearn-neearn-neearn-neearn’ [his version of the ‘Toxic’ intro], we produce ‘No, no, no, no, don’t phunk my heart’. same tempo I told him that,’ she explained.

‘Amazing. The video. The chorus. Even that noodle guitar. I still study that song. The structure, and how he interprets it, perfect. That’s when I became an ultrafan,’ she gushed.

She also told the outlet that Britney is ready to explode, she is very inspired to make new music.

“If Britney goes into the studio to make a record right now, it would be devastating. You see it when she dances on Instagram. You feel it. She wants to let him go,” she said.
