Not today, Satan: Actor Leslie Jordan speaks out about the time when he heroically confronted a group of men for making a slew of homophobic threats in 2015.
“One of them got up and turned around and said, ‘I got a lot of sloshing around here,’ and then I got right in the face and said, ‘Uh, you have to go, not in my house,’ said the actor .
The four-meter-long ins star then shared how he tossed his iced tea drink over the men after they reportedly started spitting outside the store, while continuing to make homophobic threats and insults.
Eyewitness Joseph Daniels told WeHoville at the time: “[The man] shouted and be “you will die f *** ing f *** ots.” It was very scary and unexpected. ‘

“The man threw himself at Leslie to hit him,” he told the website. Then Leslie threw his drink at the man. Then (another) man threw his drink to hit me. “
LA County Sheriff’s deputies were called and the three men were handcuffed for not wanting to calm down.
They were then interviewed but not arrested for not committing a crime.
However, the names of the men were adopted and the incident was documented as a hate crime incident.
Jordan – who says in his Instagram video that he was ‘acquitted’ when police arrived – was not arrested for his actions.
The actor has won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor for his role as Beverley Leslie, Karen’s rival to Will and Grace.
