The incident took place at a home on Alaska Street in Tacoma, Washington.
Surveillance video shows two men dressed in hoodies enter the garage and one of the men points his gun at the trio sitting behind a gaming table full of chips, cards and a board.
One of the robbers shouts, “Freeze,” while the men appear surprised and reply, “Don’t shoot!” Do not shoot!’
As one of the men raises his hands halfway into the air, one of the gamblers responds, “what kind of man?”

One of the men said one of his fellow gamblers was his uncle and claimed there were two other men involved who were outside in the getaway car.
“There were three to four robbers involved in this crime. In the video you only see two inside, while the others were waiting outside in a car. Due to the camera angle, they are not visible on the street,” they wrote.
“What happened next is that after my uncles confronted the two robbers inside, one of them in the car deliberately hit one of my uncle’s cars in front of the garage to create chaos. Then they all jumped on the car and fled.
“Two of them have already been arrested,” they said.

It is unclear who the perpetrators are and whether the police have made an arrest.
The video was posted to Instagram and received more than 26,000 likes.
Many people who saw the video praised the gamblers who fought back to defend themselves, while others were simply amused.
