A Reddit user was driving a truck on a Michigan highway when he suddenly captured footage of a vehicle flying through the air.

The driver, with the username StormCamperTTV, published the shocking video on two subreddits on Thursday.

The original poster (OP) did not clarify where he took the video, but more than one commenter stated that the driver was traveling on I-75 in Auburn Hills.

StormCamperTTV did not reveal any other details about the driver of the flying vehicle or whether he needed medical attention after the airborne event.

However, a Reddit user who goes by the name GoldenGarbear claimed to have witnessed the incident.

GoldenGarbear wrote in his first comment that “the consequences passed yesterday” but they still needed more information about what happened.

“I couldn’t see it all, but I was pulling out on that exit and you could see footprints in the grass going up the hill and the railing was pretty torn up,” they wrote.

“The police had also blocked the access ramps and there were a lot of emergency vehicles around.”

The user added that they were only able to see the side of the launch, but later spoke to a law enforcement officer.

‘I just spoke to the official at the school I work at and apparently the lady was conscious and responsive. “There are no signs of intoxication or a medical cause of the accident,” they wrote Friday morning.

The driver posted the video on Reddit just a month after another Michigan car went airborne with near-death results.

Several Reddit users who commented on both video posts claimed that the airborne car was driving on I-75 in Auburn Hills.

An alleged drunk driver crashed her truck into a riverbank with her daughter and her friends in Newport, Michigan, on May 5.

The driver had lost control of the vehicle after speeding down a street near Superior Avenue and North Avenue.

The accident was captured on a neighbor’s surveillance camera, which showed the driver’s truck flying before landing in a river.

Neighbors immediately ran out to help the driver and the other victims of the accident.

All three were removed from the vehicle and taken to the hospital.

‘These are 15mph streets, so it was very reckless. Very reckless with her son and other people’s children in the car,” said neighbor Bobbi Dansard.

‘No mother in her right state of mind would drive like that with children in the car or without children in the car, especially here. “It was quite traumatic for everyone involved.”

Most Reddit commenters who saw the recent video on the r/Unexpected subreddit did not accuse the on-air driver of being drunk.

Instead, most commenters joked about the incident, with at least two Reddit users comparing it to characters from movies and TV shows.

Reddit users have not accused the plane's driver of being drunk. More than one person on two subreddits compared the driver to characters from The Dukes of Hazzard.

“A couple of seconds faster and you could have caught them with the trailer, blues brothers style,” one commenter wrote on the post yesterday.

One person compared the on-air driver to a character from The A-Team and a driver from Nitro Circus.

Other users who commented on the video that was published on the r/dashcamgifs subreddit compared him to a host on The Dukes of Hazzard and one person partially praised the host on air.

‘That’s really incredible… But I definitely didn’t manage to land. What a shame,” one commenter wrote last night.
