The strange incident occurred at Hollywood Burbank Airport in California after a previous flight was delayed for eight hours.

The clip, recorded by a nearby passenger, showed a massive crowd of passengers gathered around a gate as overwhelmed Spirit employees panicked as they tried to board them onto the plane.

The bizarre moment begins with the bespectacled female officer, dressed all in black and a neon yellow vest, yelling at the crowd.

“Can I have everyone’s attention right now?” he shouts at the beginning of his speech.

Then the employee shouts, “Right now!” while clenching her fists and screwing up her face.

She asks, “Okay! Does everyone want to get on this flight or not?”

A passenger says, ‘Yeah, we do, girl!’

The angry worker says, “Okay! Everyone will shut up and we will say this once and say it again just because we are so frustrated!”

The group of frustrated passengers listen to the agent as some laugh and others look confused. Some start shouting “wow!” at the employee.

A second door agent, sporting a long braided ponytail, wearing glasses and a bright orange vest, tried to remain calm but soon joined her co-worker in the outrageous antics.

She grabs the radio and screams, ‘Please shut up so I can think about what’s going on!

Kevin Eis, who was boarding another flight to Las Vegas when he caught sight of the absurd incident, was left in shock.

‘My God, that was the most chaotic thing that’s ever happened to me at an airport.

‘We are aware of the video and the two agents involved are no longer working with Spirit after our vendor completed its internal investigation into the matter.

‘We apologize to our guests for this experience, which does not reflect Spirit’s high standards for guest service.’

This is not the first time the budget airline has been embroiled in a heated moment, as four Spirit employees punched a customer on May 28.

Wild footage from Baltimore airport around 4:15 p.m. that day showed the traveler getting angry with one of the check-in employees and looking for a fight.
