This is the crazy moment a suspect was ejected from his car after a high-speed chase and crash – which surprisingly left his one-year-old passenger unharmed.

Antoine L Lindsey, 30, of Cleveland, Ohio, led the North Olmsted Police Department on a high-speed car chase Sunday night.

The car chase began near Great Northern Mall after officers attempted to pull Lindsey over for license plate and brake light violations just before 5:30 p.m.

Dramatic video footage of the car chase that followed showed an officer deploying stop sticks to catch Lindsey, who continued to speed down Brookpark Road.

Eventually, the driver lost control just before Clague Road, where his car crashed onto the side of the road.

In a shocking ending: Lindsey was thrown into the air and then flew to the side of the road.

While Lindsey was lying on the ground, officers surrounded him, one of them with a firearm.

The suspect told police there was a one-year-old baby in the back seat of the car.

Officers found the baby, who was secured in a car seat and miraculously “did not appear injured.”

The baby was taken to the hospital, although he apparently had no injuries, as a precaution.

Lindsey was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Following his arrest, Lindsey is expected to be charged with failure to obey police, carrying weapons while under disability and child endangerment.
