Wicked fans were left fuming over a newly released scene featuring Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey, weeks before its release.
The scene showed Grande, who plays Glinda the Good Witch, and Fiyero Tigelaar star Bailey performing Dancing Through Life.

One fan wrote: “This lighting is horrendous,” while a second wrote: “This looks like a reality show, not a musical.”
Others wrote: ‘so much light, so little color’ and ‘This can’t be the Final Cut, there’s just no way.’

The film is about an unlikely friendship that develops between Elphaba and Glinda, two warring witches in the magical land of Oz.
Elphaba is wrongly portrayed as an evil witch as she seeks to expose the fraudulent and corrupt wizard who rules the land.
Wicked is the origin story of “a green-skinned woman who becomes the Wicked Witch of the West.”
Serving as a prequel to The Wizard of Oz, it explores the narrative before Dorothy’s arrival and delves into the ancient friendship between the characters Elphaba and Glinda.
