A law graduate turned influencer was spotted riding a motorbike in Bali without a helmet.
Gold Coast native Tahlia Skaines has been living in Bali with her boyfriend while building a luxury villa overlooking Dreamland Beach.
Last week she was pictured riding a scooter with her mother on the back, both without helmets, near the popular Bingin beach.
Ms Skaines was wearing a short grey dress with a black handbag slung over her shoulder and sandals, with a shopping bag at her feet.
In Bali, it is mandatory to wear a helmet when riding scooters or motorcycles, and those who break the rules can be fined 250,000 rupees (the equivalent of 23 dollars).
While many motorcyclists, both local and tourist, are often seen without helmets, those visiting the Indonesian country will not be covered by travel insurance if an accident were to occur if they were not wearing the proper protection.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ms Skaines for comment.
Perth man Shane Ramsey, 30, was sadly taken off life support last week after suffering catastrophic brain injuries in a motorbike accident in Bali.

The worker had been visiting the Indonesian island for a wedding and was riding a motorbike in Seminyak when he crashed into a pole on the side of the road.
He was not wearing a helmet and did not have travel insurance, which would have cost him only about $50 a week.
Mr Ramsey was rushed to hospital where he underwent brain surgery and was put into a coma, leading to huge hospital bills.
His family paid $70,000 for him to undergo emergency neurosurgery and arranged for a medical evacuation flight, believed to have cost around $150,000.
Mr Ramsey landed in Perth shortly after 5pm on August 22 and was taken by ambulance to the intensive care unit at Royal Perth Hospital.
However, his mother Catherine Ramsey said she and her family were left “devastated” after deciding to turn off his life support in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
It is understood Shane will donate all of his organs to those in urgent need of a transplant.
Ms Skaines completed her law degree in 2016 but quickly found herself pursuing a lucrative career as an Instagram influencer, which took her around the world.

Shane Ramsey (pictured), 30, had been visiting Bali for a close friend’s wedding and was riding a motorbike in Seminyak last month when he crashed into a roadside pole.
“I had every intention of becoming a lawyer and if you had told me a few years ago that this would be my career, I honestly wouldn’t have believed it,” she previously told FEMAIL.
‘I am very glad to have completed my law degree; I have used elements of it while building Villa Tahmi and in my daily life, and I can always return to it in the future if I need to.
“But it’s not something I see needing to do given the way my career is progressing.”
Ms Skaines has more than 830,000 followers on Instagram and two million likes on TikTok.
