A woman who chose to sleep in a hammock has revealed the pros and cons of the hanging bed, adding that she enjoys much better rest and reduces costs.

Most recently, the Colorado-based content creator gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at her bedtime routine that sees her resting in a hammock.
In a viral video, which has so far garnered more than 1.6 million views, she claimed her hammock helped imitate the feeling of being “rocked like a baby”, therefore more comfortable.

“I sleep in a hammock full time. I don’t own a bed and this is what it looks like,” she said at the start of the clip.
Stéphanie continued: ‘On the other hand, firstly because for me there is only one.’

However, Stephanie noted that not having anyone over was not a big problem for her as she preferred to sleep alone.
