Whoopi Goldberg got very candid about her sex life when she revealed why she has decided to stay single for almost 30 years.

The 69-year-old host — who recently had a heated argument with co-host Ana Navarro — appeared on The View on Tuesday while discussing intimacy.

The panel talked about a recent study showing that a high percentage of single women are happier than those in relationships.

The study seemed to resonate with Whoopi as she candidly revealed, “For me… I like a hit and run.

The rest of the panel – including Sara Haynes, Joy Behar, Alyssa Farah and Sunny Hostin – burst out laughing when Whoopi made the revelation.

However, the entertainment legend backed her claim by saying, “I like a hit and run because I’m not interested in a committed relationship.”

Co-host Sara said: ‘The boys will love that.’

Whoopi quickly joked, “Yep.”

The star – who has been married three times before – explained that she feels sorry for those who are dating in the modern age.

She explained, “But I think one of the things that makes me so sad is that people don’t, you know, don’t know how to meet each other.

“They don’t know how to go out and just have good times. Forget how much money you make. We’re here at the bar, let’s eat some chips. Let’s eat dirty potatoes.’

Whoopi has been married and divorced a total of three times; her last marriage to union organizer Lyle Trachtenberg ended in 1995, and she has vowed never to have a relationship again.

Her previous two marriages include her 1973 marriage to Alvin Martin and her 1986 marriage to cinematographer David Claessen.

Days ago, The View got the week off to a fiery start as the hosts argued about how to prepare for Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

On Monday’s episode of the show, Whoopi Goldberg and Ana Navarro made conflicting recommendations for those concerned about a second Trump presidency.

While 69-year-old Goldberg advised viewers to do their best to avoid panic and enjoy the holidays with the whole family, 52-year-old Navarro had a different take on the matter as she empathized with those who were struggling to remain calm ahead of his inauguration on January 20.

“All we have to do, from now until January 21, is be with our families, be with our children, do our jobs, make sure our checks don’t bounce, make sure we take care of ourselves and our families. Whoopi explained.

“Whatever he’s going to do, he’s going to do it. But take our word for it: things seem to be moving slowly. Because hey, they didn’t come for Hillary. But he has other people who are willing to go, but I don’t think they can just go out there and do whatever they want,” Whoopi said.

However, Ana argued that they had the ‘luxury’ of relaxing while others did not.

“I said last week that I don’t agree with you when you say that, because we have the luxury of saying that, because we are legal and we are successful,” Ana explained. “If you’re an illegal immigrant in this country, you’re not going to panic. If you’re a woman working for the Department of Defense, you have a right to panic!’

For Whoopi, it was more about encouraging calm. “Ana, tell people to stay loaded and stay that way,” she said.

But Ana insisted viewers should ‘prepare’ for the approaching ‘winter’.

Whoopi has been married and divorced a total of three times. Her last marriage to union organizer Lyle Trachtenberg (pictured in Las Vegas in July 1994) ended in 1995, and she vowed never to have a relationship again.

“No, I’m telling people to prepare, Whoopi!” Anna said.

“You think they’re not prepared? They are prepared!’ Whoopi said.

“That means they can’t relax and enjoy Christmas when winter approaches,” Ana said.

Whoopi fired back that ‘winter’ had already arrived.

‘You know what? I’m sorry, winter is here,” Whoopi said. “Winter is upon us, and my point is that we could lie down and do nothing for the next fifteen days and then panic for the next four or two years.”

“We are in a privileged position, while many people who will be attacked by him are not,” Ana continued.

“I have family going through the same thing,” Whoopi said.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, who once worked with Trump in his administration but is now an outspoken critic of his, said: “I’m on his enemies list and I’m not panicking.”

“We need to figure out what we’re panicking about!” Whoopi continued. ‘We don’t know what we’re panicking about! They throw 50,000 things at you to get you to do this. I say: don’t fall for that.

‘Do what you have to do. Take care of your family! And when we know what’s happening, when we know what we’re fighting, we’ll go out and fight. That’s what I’m saying. I’m not saying don’t do anything, I’m saying don’t be like that!’ she said.

This isn’t the first time the duo has argued over this particular topic.

Late last month, Goldberg shut down Navarro for prematurely stoking fears about Trump’s second term as president.

The daytime talk show’s panelists disagreed on how to speak about the president-elect after Griffin said she decided to tone down her rhetoric until she sees what Trump actually does once he’s in the White House.

Goldberg argued with Navarro after the frequent CNN contributor said “she’s not going to wait and see” what Trump does to warn others of the danger she believes he poses.

“There’s nothing to do until you know what you’re fighting,” Goldberg fired back. ‘Pissing in the wind doesn’t help! It just makes your face wet.’

Navarro had previously emphasized that Trump “has told us he is retaliatory” and “is going to be a dictator.”

Goldberg responded, “You lose credibility in a lot of ways,” with such rhetoric.

“If you don’t know what you’re talking about and you accuse him of something, they blow it back,” the Oscar winner said.

“That’s why I say we have to wait and see what exactly he’s going to do.”
