Their exit comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed Lauren sent production into a tailspin after being forced to take a break from filming due to a medical procedure.
Lauren’s sudden departure caused shock waves within the production team, who were forced to interrupt filming for several days.
“I actually woke up the weekend before and my arm was completely purple, really swollen. I had to fly back to Perth so I could have surgery to remove a clot and I missed a week of filming,” Lauren explained.

She said she found comfort in the support of her partner Jonathan McCullough, who joined her in Perth for home stays during her recovery.
“Jono flew to Perth the next few days which was great…I was so happy to have him in Perth and he can stay at my house and get to know me and my surroundings better,” a- she declared.
Lauren’s absence posed a significant challenge to the show’s producers, as she is one of the show’s most popular contestants.
“There was no show without her,” a source said. “Everything was kind of on hold until he came back.”
