The unlikely couple hit it off when they were spotted mingling in central London alongside Goodrem’s fiancé Matthew Copley and his friends.
The duo were seen exchanging hugs and saying goodbye before parting ways.
The Duchess, 64, affectionately known as ‘Fergie’, looked chic in a sleek black blazer teamed with a knee-length skirt.
Goodrem, 39, was also smartly dressed for the meeting in a smart maroon jacket and matching pants.

Delta is currently in the UK with her fiancé Copley as she prepares to perform at the Mighty Hoopla Festival in London on June 2.
In September, Delta announced her engagement to Matt after he proposed to her in Malta.

At that moment, the singer said 9honey who is delighted to be able to work and travel with her boyfriend.
“I am very grateful and lucky that my partner and I can travel together,” Delta said.
“We are both on tour at the moment and it is extraordinary to be on stage and also touring together all over Europe and the UK.”

The singer shared a loving photo on Instagram of the couple on vacation before showing off her stunning diamond ring.
“My best friend asked me to marry him,” Delta giddily captioned the image, along with a ring emoji.
While Matthew is best known for working as his partner’s guitarist, he also worked with other big names in the industry, including Conrad Sewell.
The couple has even started a business together with their own independent record label called ATLED Records (ATLED is Delta spelled backwards).
The Duchess was all smiles during the outing.
