Channel Ten presenter Narelda Jacobs married her partner Karina Natt in a very romantic wedding ceremony on Saturday.
While the 48-year-old Studio 10 star has more than 20 years of experience with the network, his new wife, 39, has an even more decorated past as a political influencer.
Karina studied commerce at the University of Adelaide before moving to Charles Darwin University to study law.
She also tried studying journalism for a year and even completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in 2018.
Raised in the South Australian outback, she has commuted between Adelaide and several other Australian cities for work throughout her adult life.
Between 2010 and 2015 she moved between jobs as a lawyer and journalist, keeping a foot in both fields until she finally entered the political sphere.
Karina became media advisor to Senator Nick Xenophon in late 2015, working closely with the former attorney until October 2016.
From there, Karina became Chief of Staff to Senator Skye Kakoschke-Moore until December 2017, when she returned to her roots as a journalist.

She spent nine months as a freelance journalist and public relations consultant before becoming Director of Corporate and Government Affairs at the Carly Ryan Foundation.
After a year, she moved from Adelaide to Brisbane, where she worked as a media and communications advisor to Senator Larissa Waters.
She then returned home a year later and began working as chief of staff to Green Party Senator Sarah Hanson-Young in 2019.
Karina remained in that position for almost four years before traveling to Sydney in 2023 and starting her own talent management business.
While the Studio 10 star has more than 20 years of experience with the network, his new wife has an even more decorated past.
She once said in an interview with Yogi’s Journey in 2018, who is ‘passionate about equality, non-aggression towards other human beings or sentient beings, fairness and justice’.
According to her social media profiles, she has a passion for AFL and is an avid wildlife lover, having previously volunteered at Australia Zoo’s wildlife hospital.
Karina began dating Ten star Narelda in 2023, just months after the presenter split from her long-term partner, filmmaker Stevie Cruz-Martin.
Narelda debuted her romance with Karina in an Instagram post when she shared a photo of the lovebirds kissing during the Sydney World Pride celebrations.
In the caption, Jacobs revealed that the couple had their first date in February of that year, and went public when they were only four weeks into their relationship.

Narelda walked down the aisle with her girlfriend Karina in a fun-filled ceremony at an indoor venue in Sydney on Saturday.
She appeared to be having a great time in the images shared on Instagram, surrounded by friends, family and famous guests.
Karina has served as an advisor to Senator Nick Xenophon and Senator Larissa Waters, as well as Chief of Staff to Senator Skye Kakoschke-Moore and Senator Sarah Hanson-Young.
Narelda and her new wife both opted for white ensembles, with the TV star choosing a fitted dress with fur detailing by Australian luxury brand Zhivago.
It hugged her figure before flaring out into a romantic train, with fur detailing at the shoulders adding a glamorous air.
She added a pair of dangling earrings and opted for a bright makeup look with a plum lipstick.
Karina, for her part, also wore a Zhivago dress, which also fit her figure and included high-fashion shoulders.
Celebrity guests included MasterChef Australia star Melissa Leong and celebrity chef Kylie Kwong.
Also in attendance were comedian Luke McGregor and his wife, Dr. Amy Thunig-McGregor.
