Christiana Ritchie, the fiancee of late PGA golfer Grayson Murray, would marry the two-time winner before he died by suicide on May 25, 2024.
The couple, who lived together in Florida, bonded over their shared love of golf and their Christian faith when they met in 2021 at the American Express tournament in Palm Springs.
He popped the question in December 2023 at a country club in Nashville, Tennessee, which he reportedly announced in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“Easiest decision of my life,” Murray wrote at the time. ‘I love you so much baby. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you. God is so great.’
While Ritchie keeps a low profile on social media, your LinkedIn reveals that she works as an associate asset manager at One Real Estate Investment in Miami.

The two-time PGA Champion, who met Ritchie in 2021, sadly passed away on May 25, 2024.
Like Murray, she is also an avid golfer: she was captain of her high school’s varsity team and played golf during her time at the University of Southern California, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development in 2018.
Ritchie even showed off his impressive swing at the 2024 Masters last month, where he caddied for Murray during the Par 3 contest.
In January, she opened up about her relationship after her victory at the Sony Open.
“Yeah, we just prayed,” he told Golf Monthly. “We said a prayer that the good Lord was watching over us, and no matter what the outcome was, it wouldn’t change our lives.”
Ritchie caddied for Murray during the par-3 contest before this year’s Augusta Masters.
He continued: “I think I neglected that part of my life for a while, and meeting my fiancée and how our lives have changed in the last three years, she dedicated her life to Christ and I dedicated my life to Christ. That will be the first thing in our relationship in the future.”
Murray, who also revealed he was eight months sober after winning the tournament in Hawaii, gushed about Ritchie while speaking to reporters.
“Now I have a beautiful fiancée who I love very much and who supports me a lot,” he told the media.
“It makes everything so easy when I go out here inside the ropes when everyone in my circle is really pulling for me. And they are there with me when I have those difficult days, and I still have them. But now I feel much more at peace inside those strings.”
The PGA Tour confirmed Murray’s tragic death at age 30 earlier this week.
The world number 58 appears alongside Ritchie in a social media post from earlier this year.

No cause of death has been issued, with Commissioner Jay Monahan was “speechless.”
“We were devastated to learn, and heartbroken to share, that PGA Tour player Grayson Murray passed away this morning,” Monahan said of the world No. 58.
‘The PGA Tour is a family, and when you lose a member of your family, you are never the same. “We mourn Grayson and pray for comfort for his loved ones.”
Murray was a bright prospect, winning three consecutive Callaway World Junior Championships between 2006 and 2008. He made his first cut on the Korn Ferry Tour at just 16 years old and was the top-ranked golfer in his age group.
