A female celebrity has been named in the latest Diddy lawsuit in which he and Jay-Z were accused of raping a 13-year-old at a VMA after-party in 2000.
The as-yet-unnamed star was described as watching as Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, and Diddy, real name Sean Combs, raped her after she drank a supposedly spiked drink.
The lawsuit, originally filed against Combs last October in the Southern District of New York, was refiled Sunday, naming Carter, 55, as a defendant.
The lawsuit alleges that the then-teenager, an Alabama resident referred to in documents as “Jane Doe,” had a drink at a VMA after-party in September 2000 that contained “a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice and something bitters’ and ‘began to feel dizzy and light-headed, which caused her to lie down.’
She claimed she lay down in “what appeared to be an empty bedroom” and then three celebrities she “instantly recognized, Combs, Jay-Z and a female celebrity referred to as ‘Celebrity B'” entered the room.
“Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’,” according to legal documents.
The accuser said in the lawsuit that Combs threw her “against a wall,” causing her to fall, and then “grabbed her again and threw her on the bed.”
She further alleged that Jay-Z began undressing her “as she became increasingly disoriented” and held her down while “he vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B watched.”
“After (Jay-Z) finished, he stepped back to the wall. Combs then stepped forward and vaginally raped plaintiff while Carter and Celebrity B watched,” the complaint states.

According to legal documents, “another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Many others attended the afterparty but did nothing to stop the attack.
The accuser also said Combs tried to force her to “perform oral sex on him,” to which she “fighted back, quickly stood up and lashed out at the same time, striking Combs in the neck,” after which he “stopped his attempt.”
The alleged victim “now suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and a seizure disorder caused by stress and trauma,” and “has had difficulty maintaining normal relationships and a life largely withdrawn from society,” according to the complaint.
She is asking the court for unspecified damages in the lawsuit, which is filed under New York state’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
Jane Doe said she was invited to the afterparty by a limousine driver who told her he could get her in as Combs “liked younger girls and said ‘she fit what Diddy was looking for.’
Jay-Z has since lashed out at Tony Buzbee, Jane Doe’s lawyer who in the aftermath has also filed more than a hundred other lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual assault, suggesting he was not a legitimate lawyer while launching a slew of insults .
“My attorney received a blackmail attempt, a so-called demand letter, from an ‘attorney’ named Tony Buzbee,” the Roc Nation founder began.
He accused Buzbee of taking on the case for “personal gain,” writing, “What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.”

‘No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you in a VERY public way for the fraud you’re committing,” he continued. “So no, I’m not giving you a single red cent!!”
“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil complaint!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case,” he continued.
“This lawyer, who I did some research on, seems to have a pattern of this kind of theater!” I have no idea how you became such a deplorable human being, Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you that I have seen your kind many times. I’m more than willing to deal with your type,” he added.
The rapper then said that it is ‘unfair’ that his family, and especially his eldest daughter Blue Ivy, is also affected by the lawsuit.
“My only heartbreak is for my family,” he wrote. “My wife and I will have to sit down our children, one of whom is at the age when her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.
“I mourn yet another loss of innocence,” he wrote.
‘Children shouldn’t have to experience this at a young age. “It is unfair to have to try to understand the inexplicable level of malice intended to destroy families and the human spirit,” he added.
“My heart and support go out to real victims in the world who have to watch their life stories being costumed for profit by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.”
Combs was charged on September 17 with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Dozens of people, some of whom were minors at the time, have sued Diddy in civil court for a series of offences, which he also denies.
“You have made a terrible error in judgment by thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same. I’m not from your world,” he wrote.
“I am a young man who survived the Brooklyn project. We don’t play these kinds of games. We have very strict codes and honor,” he continued.
‘We protect children, you seem to be exploiting people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have made against me which, without the severity of the harm to children, would be laughable.”
He concluded his statement, writing, “I look forward to showing you how different I am.”
