White Sox sign infielder Nick Senzel to MLB contract: Reports Originally appeared in NBC Sports Chicago
He white sock Jon Heyman is reporting that the Red Sox are signing Nationals infielder Nick Senzel. James Fegan of the Sox Machine is also reporting that the Red Sox are signing him to a major league contract.

Senzel, 29, was recently released by the Nationals. This season, he is hitting .209 from the plate with seven homers and 18 RBIs. Last season, he hit .236 with 13 homers.
With the Nationals, Senzel played primarily as a third baseman and designated hitter. However, he has played 269 career games in center field and 303 in the outfield overall.
