Where can I use my Dine and Discover NSW vouchers? When do they expire?
What are they?
The NSW government launched Dine & Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about and support restaurants, arts and leisure businesses.
NSW residents aged 18 and over can request 6 vouchers of $25 worth a total of $150.
You can apply for:
3 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers for dining in restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, pubs and clubs or for takeaway.
3 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music and arts venues.
How do I sign up?
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can apply for Dine & Discover NSW vouchers online.
A MyServiceNSW account.
Two proofs of identity such as your NSW driver’s license, Medicare card, Australian passport.
A mobile device (iOS or Android) to download the Service NSW app and use the vouchers.
If you do not have a mobile device or email address, or if you cannot apply online, please call 13 77 88 to request the vouchers.
How do I use them?
If you succeed, you will find the vouchers within an hour under the heading ‘Vouchers’ of the Service NSW App. You will also receive an email from Service NSW with the vouchers to download and print.
Find a participating company.
Log in to the Service NSW App on your mobile device.
Select the valid voucher you wish to use.
Present the QR code of the voucher that the company can scan with the payment.
Your device will show the voucher as in use.
If you do not have a mobile device, you can use a printed voucher or voucher code. Both print and digital options may be accepted by participating companies.
