Thousands of Australians will brave cold temperatures on Anzac Day to commemorate the sacrifice of the nation’s servicemen and women at Dawn Services across the country.
On the solemn national occasion, shops and businesses in many states and territories will close their doors for the day or open with highly restricted trading hours.

Victoria, NT: Most stores open from 1:00 pm
Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia: Most shops are closed all day (except Brisbane Airport which will be open from 1pm).
Tasmania: All shops open from 12:30 p.m.
