James Sherry is known for hosting the hit kids’ TV shows, A * mazing and Saturday Disney in the 1990s.

And after stepping out of the limelight for a few years, the 52-year-old recently resurfaced, revealing exactly what he’s doing now.

James had a surprising career change and now works as a content producer and presenter for Cricket Australia and works on the big screens for the AFL, but has previously shared that he would like to have a comeback on TV.

James spoke Vice in 2016 and said he ‘feels old’ when he looks back on his time hosting the game show A * mazing from 1994 to 1998, but described it as his ‘dream job’.

He said he still has fans coming to him and gushing over the show.

“What I miss most is working with young people, I was always inspired by their energy and enthusiasm,” James told the publication about his time on the hit show.

He also hinted that he would be open to a return to TV and started the Facebook page ‘Bring Back A * mazing’ in 2013 to see if it would get off the ground.

“We threw the line and there was a little bite from Nintendo, but it was,” said James.

He added, “You know, sometimes you can only try.”

James hosted Saturday Disney from 1990 to 1994 and presented A * mazing from 1994 to 1998.

Melbourne 24-year-old Joanna Hunt-Prokhovnik turned her back on fame to study integral energetics, a type of holistic therapy that reduces stress.

In the ad, Joanna tells her on-screen father not to cut up a dinosaur lollipop and says, “Don’t chop the dinosaur, Daddy!”

But she soon changes her mind and says to him, “Chop it!”

Joanna was only 10 years old when she starred in the ad, according to her IMDb profile, and has appeared in several movies, including 2005 Three Dollars.
