Fans have criticized Hugh Jackman for passionately kissing his new girlfriend Sutton Foster in public, thinking how his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness would have felt.
The Australian actor, 56, and Foster, 49, were seen kissing next to their car at an In-N-Out burger restaurant in San Fernando, Los Angeles.
“There is absolutely no reason to do this in public other than turning the knife on Deborra,” one person wrote.

Furness appeared to give credence to the rumors when she liked an Instagram post in October from a gossip blogger who claimed her husband was “running off with his mistress” and planning a “soft launch” of their relationship, according to Us Weekly.
A source told DailyMail.com in October that Furness had suspicions of an affair, but was still “shocked when she found out.”

According to a report from RadarOnline, Furness was particularly upset by the behavior of Jackman’s close friend Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively because they allegedly “kept silent.”

Following Jackman and Furness’ split, the former couple shared a statement addressing the breakup.
