West Ham banned a group of fans involved in a viral video that appeared to inhale suspicious-looking white powder at the London stadium.
The images, which were uploaded to social media this week, show one follower putting the powder on the head of a bald man and another appearing to inhale the content in front of a group of thoroughly amused fans.
West Ham have since condemned their behavior and banned them from the London Stadium.
“The club is upset by the content of the video and has acted quickly to identify the offenders,” a club spokesman said.
“In accordance with our zero-tolerance approach, details of offenders have been immediately passed on to the police and all individuals have had their season tickets suspended and are therefore prevented from entering the London Stadium and traveling with the Club. for away games”.
