The talk show host, 58, got out of her chauffeur-driven vehicle and yelled at onlookers “can anyone help me?” her while she looked towards the sidewalk.
A cameraman passed by and helped her up, and the pair shared a brief conversation before another member of the public ran up to offer assistance.
The talk show icon has been candid about his health issues, revealing that his feet were left swollen and discolored as a result of his lymphedema, a long-term condition that causes swelling.
She kept her feet warm during the outing as she donned a pair of furry black boots teamed with skimpy jean shorts.

Makeup-wise, she rocked a bright pink lipstick for a pop of color, foundation, and bronzer.
The New Jersey native, who has battled a number of medical issues including Graves’ disease and lymphedema, recently revealed that she is down to 138 pounds.
Arriving for dinner at Tuscan restaurant Fresco By Scotto on Tuesday, he told photographers: ‘I went to the doctor and I weigh 138, pretty right?’
The talk show icon has been candid about his health struggles, including during a June 2022 TMZ Live interview where he held up his foot to demonstrate how swollen and discolored it had become as a result of his lymphedema.
During the interview, which elicited great sympathy from his fans due to his seemingly clueless behavior, he explained that he feels only “maybe 5 percent of my feet” due to his disorder.
‘Normally I would be in a wheelchair. I am not in a wheelchair. I stand up,” she said, explaining that when she stands up “all I do is look down because I don’t want to fall”.

Nearly five years ago, she passed out on air during the live Halloween episode of her daytime talk show, an incident she blamed on heat exhaustion and dehydration while wearing her Statue of Liberty costume.
In March 2019, after a hiatus from the show, he emotionally announced on air that he had been staying in a ‘sober house’.
The following month, in April 2019, she filed for divorce from her husband Kevin after he had a daughter with his mistress Sharina Hudson.
After their marriage ended, she claimed that Kevin had mistakenly confined her to rehab and that she didn’t really need to dry out.
In an interview with DJ Suss One in 2021, she said she was “locked up in rehab for something she didn’t have to do.”
Wendy, who was addicted to cocaine as a radio jock but quit before her TV days, claimed that Kevin Sr. ‘acted like I was losing my mind, going crazy, going back to whatever or , you know, on the edge.’
He claimed that in reality, rehab had just been “a quiet place to put me”, while Sharina “got bigger and bigger” as her pregnancy came to an end.

He last appeared on the talk show over a year ago before going on his summer hiatus and then postponing his comeback time and time again due to his health issues.
The departure comes just weeks after Wendy said she is “happy to be here” after enduring a challenging year.
She shared the thought while taking to Instagram to announce the launch of a range of products ahead of her upcoming podcast The Wendy Williams Experience.
The post included a video showing Wendy in her mansion sitting on a gaudy sofa.
In the clip she said: ‘Hey! Happy Holidays! It is the winter season. Listen, don’t forget to check out your favorite Wendy Experience merchandise.
I don’t know what else you’re doing. I’m happy to be here and to be, well, happy to be here.’
The upcoming project will mark Wendy’s first return to media since The Wendy Williams Show ended last June.
