A group of housemates who complained to their noisy neighbors about playing the piano early in the morning felt very bad after receiving a heartwarming response.

Martina Panchetti and her friends asked the family next door if their children couldn’t make so much noise on the weekends, but received an adorable written apology and a gift of delicious baked goods in response.

The letter was shared by Martina on Tik Tok, saying: ‘We sent a letter to our neighbors politely asking them to make less noise (they are a family with children) and possibly avoid playing the piano too early in the morning. This is how they responded…’

It cut to an image of an envelope attached with a smiley sticker and then a letter explaining that even the children’s mother was siding with her neighbors.

It said: ‘Dear neighbors. Thank you for your kind message. We realize that we can be loud and mischievous at times.’

Martina Panchetti and her housemates complained that they played the piano at a young age and were “crying” at the adorable response.

‘We started learning piano and our teachers tell us to practice every day, but we sincerely apologize for not taking into account the times of day and weekends.

‘To be honest, mom has been telling us not to play in the mornings and she also wants to get some sleep at the weekends.

‘We promise YOU and our mom that we will try to be more considerate.

‘Please accept our national Azeri sweets as a token of apology! Ps, not nut free!’

To up the cuteness factor, the kids said goodbye to “their noisy neighbors,” while Martina imitated crying.

Next, Martina showed off her neighbors’ Azerbaijani sweets: pakhlava, puff pastry covered with nuts and syrup, and shekerbura, sweet dough filled with ground nuts and sugar.

“We are crying,” added the overwhelmed recipient.

Martina’s video has exceeded three million views on TikTok, but it didn’t end there.

After some comments suggested that Martina and her friends were the real bad neighbors in this scenario, she posted a follow-up.

She began the clip: “To all the people who say I’m a bad neighbor for complaining about kids making noise, our letter was very polite, very friendly, we weren’t complaining about noise in general, but specifically about playing the piano. Early in the morning, on weekends.

She explained that she and her friends even like to listen to their neighbors practice the piano during more sociable hours.

Martina said that, based on what many comments suggested they would do in her situation, she and her roommates decided to send him some treats of their own.

The group made a box of Zeppola di San Giuseppe, an Italian delicacy traditionally prepared for Father’s Day.

In addition, they decorated the box with cute drawings and delivered it with a letter in response to the children’s letter, as well as a photo of the group.

“The children were so embarrassed that they hid behind their father,” Martina revealed.

It seems that the saga has resulted in an “endless exchange.”

Martina finished by saying that after her apartment gave them Italian pastries, she and her boyfriend went out.

While they were out, Martina received a message from the flat saying that the neighbors had sent them sushi because they had “ordered too much.”

“What a coincidence,” Martina joked.
