A few moments ago, during Sony’s expected PlayStation Showcase 2023 event, a big surprise, when the famous spy game Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater, or as it was referred to as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, was officially announced as you see above.
The file thing is the slight modification in the title and the conversion of the number 3 that describes the game part number to the METAL GEAR SOLID Δ delta symbol. We do not know if this change was a goal or not, but it seems that the new name will now be Metal Gear Solid DELTA most likely.
The very good news for Microsoft fans and devices is that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will also be released on Xbox Series X | S and PC.
Also announced is a full set of MGS Master Collection remasters containing the three main classic parts of the original and all of which will be released on PlayStation 5, including Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3, which were released in the fall of 2023.
If the rumors that were mentioned in the past about working on a remake of the third part of the Metal Gear Solid 3 game were true, and we saw it officially, this means that we will see more titles from the Japanese developer Konami in the coming months, whether in the form of a remake or a remaster.
