Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said Monday that a Russian airstrike destroyed one of its emergency facilities in Dnipro.
The video footage, which was published by the department, shows the destroyed building and firefighters putting out the burning flames.
“The destruction of the National Emergency Service units is a flagrant violation of the rules of the Geneva Convention,” said Serhiy Korek, head of Ukraine’s emergency service.
Three nearby buildings were damaged and most of the emergency equipment that was in the building was destroyed.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported that it shot down 15 drones and four cruise missiles over the Dnipropetrovsk region last night.
She added that the Russian bombing injured at least 8 people.
