Three police officers are seen being hit in the head with a bicycle after violence broke out on a city street in broad daylight.
West Midlands Police were called to Villa Road, in Lozells, Birmingham, to arrest two men outside a shop before the scenes occurred this week.
Officers can be seen calling for backup as they struggle to arrest one of the men, who leaves a police officer lying on the ground with a head injury during the struggle.
But as several officers try to overpower the man, another onlooker can be seen picking up a bicycle and smashing the group of officers over the head with it.
