The 37-year-old cybersecurity expert looked dapper in a navy polo and matching pants as he prepared for a day in the field.

Duncan couldn’t wipe the smile off his face and confidently held his golf club as he showed he was ready to take on the course after months of putting it together.

In a show of camaraderie, Duncan was joined by his MAFS bandmates Dan Hunjas and Cameron Woods, Cameron Merchant, Tristan Black and Dean Wells on the day.

Duncan and his MAFS castmates laughed and enjoyed a refreshing drink, while showing the strong bond they have formed since their time on the show.

The friends came together for a great cause, raising an impressive $15,000 for Youngcare, an organization dedicated to supporting young Australians with high physical support needs.

No stranger to ambitious challenges, Duncan will embark on an extraordinary adventure this week.

He is preparing to tour Australia’s 10 highest peaks in Kosciuszko National Park.

On the grueling 60 kilometer trek, spanning four days, Duncan will face “cold feet and wet socks” as he navigates the rugged terrain.

The effort is not only a testament to Duncan’s physical stamina, but also a passionate effort to raise awareness and support for Youngcare.

Duncan is preparing to face “cold feet and wet socks” on a grueling 60km walk over four days this week in a bid to raise more funds for the charity.

At the age of 26, Duncan’s childhood friend Steven suffered a devastating accident that dramatically changed his ability to speak and move independently.

Today, Steven manages his life with the help of carers, embodying the spirit of independence and choice in care and housing, principles that Youngcare strongly upholds.

Reflecting on his friend’s journey, Duncan shared, “It’s that mental side: that freedom of choice, that feeling of independence.

‘Like “Hey, I’m making some decisions here and I’m in control of my life and not everyone does everything for me.”

“Because I know that’s exactly what my friend feels.”
