FDNY Fire Commissioner Laura Kavanagh and the commissioners of the Department of Corrections and the Office of Emergency Management will provide updates on current public safety issues Friday during a virtual question and answer session with the public hosted by the Deputy Mayor of City Public Safety, Philip Banks.

Other agency heads available to provide updates will include the director of Special Compliance in the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, city officials said.
