FDNY Fire Commissioner Laura Kavanagh and the commissioners of the Department of Corrections and the Office of Emergency Management will provide updates on current public safety issues Friday during a virtual question and answer session with the public hosted by the Deputy Mayor of City Public Safety, Philip Banks.
