An American visiting the UK was left stunned after discovering the “best” packet of crisps in a Tesco meal deal.

Kalani Smith, what’s up? @kalanghosthunter on tiktok, has almost three million followers and has been trying some of Britain’s most iconic foods: from Cadbury Egg Cream for dumplings and puree.

In a video with more than 280,000 likes, the American reviewed his first meal deal at Tesco and was amazed at how much he enjoyed it.

Venturing to the grocery store, Kalani opted for the chicken fajita wrap, a pack of Monster Munch with pickled onions, and a bottle of Gatorade.

Looking at the chicken fajita wrapped in an orange wrapper, Kalani wanted to compare the taste to fajitas in the United States.

The content creator was stunned after taking his first bite of the “pretty tasty” chicken.

Baffled by the taste, he added surprisingly: “The flavor of the fajita is quite similar to the one at home, maybe a little sweeter.”

Elaborating on the fall of the wrap, Kalani said, “The only complaint I have with lettuce when you make it in one go is that it gets a little mushy.”

“This one is a little soft, but the flavor is really good and the chicken tastes really good.” I like it when they add corn.’

Impressed by the taste, the American was horrified and added: “This is magical.” I’m not stupid. Right now, these may be my favorite potato chips I’ve ever had.

‘These are delicious. How can I get them in the United States? I have to order them online or something.

Comparing Monster Munch to a combination of “pickle chips” with salt and vinegar, the American admired how they didn’t taste like “onions.” [sic]’.

He continued: ‘[They are] more like a sour cream and onion lays [Walkers] but much better and probably the best crunchy ones I’ve ever put in my mouth.’

Finally, tasting the drink, Kalani confessed that he wanted to compare Gatorade with what is sold in his country of origin.

‘The flavor is similar. This one doesn’t taste as sweet,” she said.

“But again, that’s been a constant theme. Everything I’ve tried here isn’t as sweet, but I’m not mad about it.”
