Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida plans to partially reopen to the public within six weeks, a company director said.
The iconic amusement park – which was forced to close over two months ago during the COVID-19 pandemic – hopes guests will be able to visit Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom from July 11, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
In reopening plans, visitors will have their temperature measured and must wear a mask at all times.
The Disney director also told the publication that social distance and frequent hand washing will also be promoted.
Meanwhile, SeaWorld – with three separate parks in Orlando – plans to reopen from Thursday, June 11.
