Nathan Buckley’s girlfriend Alex Pike, 44, claims aging is ‘abnormal’ after confirming she’s had Botox
Footy WAG Alex Pike is in the best shape of her life as she prepares to turn 45.
And on Thursday, the cosmetics injector and girlfriend of former Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley made some eyebrow-raising comments about aging.
Alex shared a post saying that what most people think of as “aging” is actually “abnormal aging,” encouraging followers to take care of their health.

“Aging is inevitable, but aging is not,” the message read.
‘What society considers aging — poor memory and aches — is actually abnormal aging. It doesn’t have to be that way.’
Alex, a celebrity cosmetic injector, regularly shares her secrets to staying young and staying fit.

The mum of three has been open about her face and body transformation for the past two years, which she attributes to the viral #75HARD Challenge.
It includes exercising twice a day, counting calories, eating a clean diet with no cheat meals, reading non-fiction books every day, and much more.
Alex said on the Curious Conversations podcast in March that she has never felt more empowered than at her age.

“I used to hide my age and feel ashamed because there is such a stigma against women,” she said.
“I hate it when people say, ‘You’re really hot for a mom.’ It’s like, really? Do I have to be attractive to a mother? Can’t I just be attractive? I don’t want to be good for my age. I want to be good.’
She also admitted that she’s had a little help maintaining her youthful face.

Alex first started taking anti-wrinkle injections at the age of 23 after a surgeon urged her to try Botox.
“In the end I got the treatment — just my frown wrinkle,” she admitted.
‘And when it started to take effect, I couldn’t believe the difference and started doing more modeling work’ [jobs] because I looked super fresh.’
She also drinks four liters of water a day, three liters while working at her clinic and another liter at home in the evening.
