Perth is forecast to experience further heavy rain over the weekend, with up to 20mm on Saturday and 45mm on Sunday.

WA Premier Roger Cook said the festival could be rescheduled.

“We will be working with organizers and other key sponsors to potentially host a free community event later this year to celebrate our incredible State,” Mr Cook said.
