Vogue said, ‘There is so much pressure on women and I didn’t want to add that instead of worrying about losing the baby weight, we should be concerned about where our pelvic floor is and how our mental health is Do it.

‘It’s purely because of my body type that I went back to the way I used to be without too much effort, and I found myself trying to hide that for the first few months.

Vogue often shares photos of her lean physique online and had shown off her toned post-baby body for a tanning video on Instagram just six weeks after Gigi’s birth.

She revealed that she had bounced back with incredible speed when she donned a skimpy blue bikini and was joined by Spencer to apply the product.

Elsewhere in her interview, the doting mother of two talked about how she finds motherhood with her second child, admitting she’s more relaxed with Gigi.

Vogue, who also revealed that she and Spencer would like to have ‘at least four’ children, praised her daughter, saying the toddler is very easy going and settles in happily.

Although she loves life with her new addition, Vogue said it was sometimes hard to see family members missing Gigi’s first year because of the pandemic.

Emphasizing that other families have it ‘much worse’, the Irish star explained that her brother has never seen his niece and that her mother has only met Gigi once.

Vogue, who controversially flew with her offspring to St. Barts in December, added that she has not been home to Ireland for over a year and that many people are still waiting to meet her daughter.

Vogue turned her attention to lockdown, saying that the third lot of British restrictions was the hardest for her because it felt endless at times.

She also revealed that she went back to therapy because her anxiety was “ pretty bad ” and has been on medication to help.

Fortunately for the family, the rule of six went into effect last Monday, meaning family and friends can reunite outside in groups of no more than six.

The Jump star will no doubt be happy to take advantage of the rules and visit her niece after sister-in-law Pippa Middleton, 37, gave birth to baby girl named Grace earlier this month.

Pippa – the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge – and husband James Matthews, 45, are also the parents of son Arthur, two.

James is the brother of Vogue’s husband Spencer, whom she married in June 2018 in Glen Affric in the Scottish Highlands.

The couple welcomed son Theodore in September of that year, while daughter Gigi, now eight months, was born in July 2020.
