This is the spooky moment when a personal trainer saw a creepy figure & # 39; Lurking in the window of a 16th century castle.

Tony Ferguson, 33, said he saw a silhouette with bright eyes during his last visit to Hurst Castle in Hampshire.

In images of the ghostly moment, a gray figure seems to approach the window, looking from inside the castle.

The apparent ghost quickly retreats inward, but you can still see something moving through the window.

Ferguson immediately tried to discredit the meeting by saying that someone was playing a joke, but said he discovered that the window is only accessible through a tunnel "as narrow as a pool cue".

Now he believes that the appearance is the spirit of a former castle keeper who was supposedly found on a previous visit to the artillery fort.

Mr. Ferguson said: "I did not see the figure until I saw the recording again, but the whole time I was in the castle I felt something watching me.

"While we were there I really felt that something was following me from room to room, but your mind can fool you, so I tried to ignore it.

"But when I saw the video again it surprised me, it's a pretty scary figure."

In his previous visit to the castle, which was established by Henry VIII between 1541 and 1544, Mr. Ferguson and the seer Paul Cissell allegedly encountered a creepy white mist.

He said: I just knew that something had been in the room with me and seeing it manifest like that is incredible.

"I think it's the same spirit that I found earlier in the castle." The last time I visited, it looked like a white mist, but this time it obviously had the energy to take shape.

Ferguson states that he encountered the same ghost on a previous visit, when white fog flew towards his camera.

"When I met the spirit before being with Paul, a psychic medium, and we discovered that it is the ghost of a caregiver who used to work in the castle."

Before the historic site closed during the winter months, he decided to visit it one more time.

He said: "The last time I visited the castle, Paul was in the other room and I was trying to communicate with something." I had felt something enter the room with me.

"I was asking you to show up and this white mist flew directly into my camera, you can see it almost spreads like a hand.

"After that experience, I knew I needed to go back to the castle again, it always closes during the winter months and I could not wait until next year, so I went back last weekend.

"I came in and I was calling to show him again." I told him that if he could demonstrate for me, he could be good for the castle, and he did.

"I am very happy to have made the effort to return, it seems that it should be."
