Virgin Australia launches flight sale with tickets to Bali, Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa and Queenstown
- Sales start Monday and end Friday at midnight
- Travel between October 11, 2023 and June 20, 2024
A massive five-day sale launching today means Australians can book return flights to tropical destinations including Bali and Fiji from just $399, or to New Zealand for $425.
Virgin Australia’s heavily discounted flights to Bali will cost you between $399 and $599, depending on the departure city.
For example, flights from Sydney or Melbourne to Denpasar both cost $599, while flights are cheaper from Brisbane or Adelaide.
The Virgin sale does not include any flights from Perth.

Travelers must book discounted flights to all destinations before midnight this Friday, September 15.
Getting to Fiji will cost between $499 and $579, while you can book a return trip to Samoa for $559 or Vanuatu for $569.
The New Zealand destination is Queenstown, where the ski season usually ends in mid-October, although snow falls until November.
Flights from Melbourne to Queenstown cost $425 or $465 from Sydney.
Virgin does not include flights to Queenstown from any other Australian city in the sale.
Travelers can start booking the discounted flights to all locations immediately from the Virgin Australia website.
But they must purchase tickets at a reduced price before midnight this Friday, September 15.
Flights can be booked for “selected flights” for travel between October 11, 2023 and June 20, 2024.
Bali and New Zealand are the two favorite holiday destinations for Australians in 2022.
Fiji also ranks in the top 10.
All prices include Velocity frequent flyer points and status credits.
