Protests were renewed in Israel Thursday, with dozens of citizens taking to the streets to protest against the project to reform the judicial system proposed by the government headed by Benjamin Netanyahu.
The demonstrators blocked main roads, hoping to put more pressure on lawmakers after the Knesset reopened on Monday after a month-long recess.
On March 27, Netanyahu announced the “suspension” of the legislative process to give “an opportunity (..) for dialogue” after the expansion of the protest movement and the start of a general strike.
